Our team decided to have lunch at ZGarden. The food overall was good, and I ended up ordering chicken shawarma with fries. The chicken shawarma was absolutely delicious, but I was disappointed with the fries. They had an excessive amount of chili flakes and lacked the right seasoning. On a brighter note, the place offered ample parking space, which was convenient for all of us.
Must give 5 stars for the great service and food, I was looking for halal meat in Santa Monica and found this place, it was very close to my hotel, the guy was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It didn’t take longer time to prepare our combo kebab plate which has good portions with pretty fair prices.
Tha place is very clean and spacious.
We also enjoyed Moroccan tea.

Gemma, who was working the counter was incredibly sweet, kind, informative and professional! It was our first time here and she gave us some great recommendations. This restaurant is not a Full Service. You order, pay at the counter and then find a table.
I ordered the Mediterranean Salad with Chicken Schwarma. My husband ordered the lemon chicken which comes with rice, hummus and a Mediterranean salad. He devoured his and said it Hit The Spot! Thumbs Up!
Portions are generous. This restaurant has free parking. It is located in a strip mall near Yoshinoya Bowl. This is a casual restaurant. You order and pay and find a table. The food is really tasty if you are craving good Mediterranean healthy food.

Definitely one of my favorite spots in LA now. The servers are some of the nicest people I’ve met and made the space feel like home. They were so helpful when it came to picking out delicious plates and letting us know what their personal favorites were!! We got to chat and talk about our families as well.
The food is so flavorful and colorful and I was OBSESSED with the rice. This spot is great since everything tastes fresh and not too heavy (unlike a lot of other spots who use endless oil haha) I’m partially Persian as well so this type of cuisine is one of my favorite and it’s always fun seeing how every culture cooks each dish a little different. I got the Kabob Combo Plate as well as some desserts which were so tasty as well!!
Please please visit this spot :) I’ll be back as much as possible! Always refreshing to find a spot that feels and tastes like home.

🍡 when was the last time you had kabobs? Your fav proteins? You gotta check out Z Garden Mediterranean Cuisine in Santa Monica. They got an awesome outdoor dining space and all their dishes were tasty and made fresh for you. Their rice was cooked to perfection. You gotta come here and try. The owner was super nice to us, too. Definitely worth a visit here, we promise!

After 6 day trip to LA, I cannot say enough good stuff about the food here! This was our very best meal out of every single meal we ate while in the area.
The staff was knowledgeable, helped guide us to the best food which was the state kebab. The way, the hummus was amazing as well as the baba ganoush and we finished with a baklava.
All of it was made fresh in-house and was absolutely delicious. Not only was it worth every penny, we cannot wait to come back to LA just to here again.
We are attempting to get the proprietor to build a nether location in Cincinnati, Ohio!!
Must award 5 stars for the fantastic food and service; the host was incredibly warm and helpful. Our combo kebab platter, which offers nice servings and is reasonably priced, was prepared quickly. The location is really tidy and roomy.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Food was well in portions and the taste was all in all very good.1 of the dishes not as tasty as, what we are used to with another restaurant we go to, but still ok. Great variety of healthy dishes, parking lot small, location easy to see off main drag. Children high chairs, restrooms, nice space for all types of tables and seating arrangements. Clean, prices are reasonable and they have sweets.
