We came here for a late Sunday brunch and had a superb experience in this relatively new restaurant (opened in November 2017). All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to all the waiters. They had a good energy and seemed happy to be there. The place has a lovely decor and is very bright. The food was delicious - I loved my California eggs Benedict. The drinks list was also original and demonstrated attention to detail - the coconut juice is freshly cracked and you can taste it. The grapefruit and orange juices were also great. Highly recommended.
Like, wow. My tastebuds minds were blown! Please eat artichoke tacos and the lamb meatballs and the banana dessert. Those were my favorites!
The waitress was great, she knew everything on the menu down to the last details and had great recommendations.
We ordered the chicken dish, steak, and the lamb meatballs. Had peach and tomato buratta, lentil chips, artichoke tacos and the bread and butter.
It was very serene on a Sunday evening at native.
Not sure about parking, we used Uber; there is valet available and I’m sure some street parking.
Price super worth it for quality, of food!
I enjoy the space, vibrant, modern, comfy. Interesting signature cocktails. Food is excellent and unique. As there were 6 of us, we got to taste a good variety of both large and small plates.
Group faves were the rabbit, cod, sunchokes, and lamb meatballs, but everything was well seasoned and delicious.
If I could give this restaurant and Chef Nyesha 10 stars... I would. From the drink to the dessert, every item just got exponentially better. By the end of the meal, I was crying, speechless, and saying how good God is... I have eaten a lot of spectacular meals. This meal for me was outer worldly. If you visit Santa Monica, you MUST visit this restaurant . You will NEVER look at vegetables the same! The meat was delicious, but I'm a veggie girl and her brussel sprouts and broccoli transported me to another realm. If your a rum enthusiast-which I am, Stand Fast in the Holy Ghost, YOU MUST TRY. EXCELLENT MEAL, filled with love.
EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT! GREAT food! GREAT service! GREAT staff! This was a trifecta of excellence! I thoroughly enjoyed everything from the Syrup sandwiches, Kimchi Latkes, hmm the Pavé Potato Pancakes yum to the Cali Crab Benedict & more!
Had the espressotini. This place had a great view for a rooftop but not a lot sitting room. Even by the ledge, they had no stools and the small tables were for reservation only. I definitely want to come back to try their food
OMG This place is sooooo good. I went here for brunch.. The food is great, the egg is so soft that it melts in mouth! The short rib tastes sooooo rich. I must visit this place again.
Really pretty and well decorated resturant. The pancakes were delicious!
Delicious cocktails and creative happy hour bites! The menu was creative but I felt that some of the items were a miss - the crudo was a bit fishy and chewy and the pork chop was a little fatty and I didn't really get the gochujang flavor in the glaze. But overall, we enjoyed our meal! The French lentil crackers were to die for!! Oysters were fresh and he melting leeks were so surprising! And we really enjoyed the malasada for dessert!! Everyone around us were ordering it so we did the same.
Hosted a private event here. Food was phenomenal!
