What a fun experience. These are the types of places that make special memories. As others have said, speaking with the staff and talking food makes it more than just a meal. Ok, and the food really is an experience. Like a hike through the woods or a swim across a lake, it's a personal adventure without leaving your seat. The hamachi in monochrome was delicious! The lamb with nasturtium really was "a revelation". Those leaves are so familiar but I never would have sampled one, let alone expect to love them. And the mark of a great chef for me was the foie gras acorn. Anyone that can make me like liver, and I would eat several of these fun little gems, must be a magician. Thank you all at Dialogue for the pleasure of your food and company!

Foods remarkable no argument, but a little bit of a different review. Beyond the food, sharing conversation with Chef Dave Beran and team was great. Conversations on food philosophy, direction, and approach were what made the experience truly special. In the way he speaks to you as an equal (when clearly he’s possesses more knowledge... ) shows the connection he has with food and wanting to share that connection with you. And it shows in his food.
