Not the best churros I’ve had but certainly very good. We used to frequent this place prior to moving to Dallas, it was just as great as we remember it.
AMAZING! Absolutely delicious churros and hot cocoa. The hot cocoa is great, add some sugar and it’s perfect! One of the nest churro places in LA and customer service was very friendly! Only outdoor seating for now
This little place is amazing and super cute! Jacob and the rest of the staff were amazing and even gave me a free sample or two of their favorites. Very highly recommend if you like churros!
Churros Calientes... easily my favorite churro spot i have ever been to and I have been to quite a few. This place truly gets the churro recipe down and there’s a variety of flavors to choose from chocolate, Nutella, condensed milk and much more.
I cannot express how good these churros are and I suggest each person get their own order as it will be hard to share once you finally get a taste.
Suggested order: Get a coffee your style and a churros largos with Dulce de Leche and condensed milk together
A tiny nook in Sawtelle! I got the Churros con chocolate and while they were good for the most part, I found the churros to be a little thin.
Besides that, everything was great. The churros are always served warm and the staff is very kind.
The place is slightly overpriced in my opinion. $9.50 for 6 small churros con chocolate
Staff was amazing!!! Filet Mignon was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. I've heard alot about the place from Paola Ortiz and Carla Ortiz. I'm blessed I was able too try the food, and the churro ice cream was pretty dang good. MATTY H. FROM MISSOULA, MONTANA
Best churros in Los Angeles hands down. Perfect way to end any evening is with a churro and latte from Churros Calientes. The service has always been excellent, ever since we first started coming here years ago and the owner is a very welcoming and hilarious gentleman.
Just keep in mind that the gratuity is already added but they do such a great job with the food, service and ambiance that it feels wrong not to add a little more on there.
We were promptly greeted by the hostess before reaching the front door. We chose to be seated outside and had menus in seconds. Service was very quick and hot food came out fast. If you're seated outside, you can relax and enjoy hot churros and (very) rich hot chocolate - we didn't feel rushed at all. Not five stars only because it's pricey.
