Bloomingdale's in Santa Monica Place outdoor shopping mall is the store to shop. Great fashion to choose from, very helpful customer service and the store is very clean.
When I shop this store I can always feel relaxed knowing I will get help to find the right outfit. The store is very modern and feels upbeat as you shop.
The days of shopping for fashion while sitting with your phone is old school. Get with the new school and shop hands on. If you don't find it in-store they will find it online for you and ship it to your home. And if you don't won't to carry shopping bags home, no worries they will get it to your home for you.

Amazing customer service, beautiful store. Huge variety of women's close, shoes, purses & perfumes. Love this store, so much fresher & to the point compared to the Bloomingdales in Beverly Hills.
Huge selection of clothes and luxury goods. The staff is super helpful and very kind. For reference, I sneezed, and I heard a distant employee say "bless you", which was super wholesome. Love this place and I'll absolutely come back.
