This place is great! It was suggested to us by a couple we met at the hotel we stayed at. Boy, are we glad! The service is quick, our waiter, Pedro, was super nice, and the food was great too! Decent portions and priced right for what you get. I like the fact that it's near to the hotel and not having to go far and fight traffic. We had the Mexican omelet and Country Fried steak breakfasts. Their biscuits are huge! The country fried steak is the best I've had in a long time! It wasn't overly battered, and the meat was seasoned just right. Their donuts were hard to pass up when leaving, so we grabbed a couple but haven't dived into them yet. I'm not worried, I'm sure they will be delicious. Looking forward to trying their lunch!! 😋
Breakfast is so good. All the omelettes we ordered are delicious. Egg salad is the best. Huge crowd and waited 25 mins for the table.
They have excellent donuts here with many delicious options. You have to go before noon for the best options because they sell out. The place also has a great breakfast , but every morning, there is a long wait for a table. If you are just there for doughnuts, skip the line and go straight to the counter for a quick in and out experience.
Pimento cheese omelette ham added with fresh fruit did not disappoint. Fresh OJ was great as well. Much more seating than some of the other places so wait times were shorter and this was a Saturday morning. Staff was super friendly. They have bar seating for solos and couples so you can skip the wait line. Did not check out the donuts but I will l be back with the family for sure.
Best cheeseburger I've had in quite some time. We visited during the off season after school was back in session, so we were one of two or three families in the restaurant for dinner. However, there is usually a wait for breakfast. Get there early if you can or be prepared to wait. Menu items are primarily breakfast (served all day), but they have a great selection of sandwiches. No kids menu that I could find, so the kids had to pick from the main menu. Serving sizes are large and the prices are great. Dessert is a must at this location. We'll definitely visit again the next time we're in the area.
Donut Hole is a staple every time we come to the beach. It’s so much food for cheap! We went at 1:30 on Sunday, 7/30/23. There was no wait! Either go early or go late for no wait! I wish I remembered our waitress’s name. She was wonderful.
I get the Egg and Cheese with Biscuit and Hash Browns. Delicious! We all split the Chocolate Chip Pancakes. We had some leftover biscuit and pancakes! We also got donuts.
Donut Hole is such a treat! Highly recommend for a no frills, diner breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner - whatever meal you want!
Only went for carry out donuts, but they were great donuts. Very fresh! Loved the key lime filled. Also had the giant cinnamon roll. Very friendly service!
So good we went back the next day. It's definitely worth standing in line for a bit. Eggs (exactly how i like them), cheese grits, sausage gravy, and some of the best biscuits I've had a restaurant. The service was great. Super friendly, smiling people.. not those fake "I have to" smiles either. We sat at the bar, and a man came in and sat next to me. Several staff greeted him and knew what he wanted without him having to even order.. obviously a regular. But it was really nice to see. We were so full we couldn't do any donuts but stopped by the next morning on our way home. We got a box of 6 different ones. Lots to choose from and every one of them were wonderful. Absolutely recommended!!
Been here twice on this trip. Best egg sandwich ever, awesome eggs Benedict! Haven't even tried the donuts yet but I have a box of variety waiting.
Both places I've been so far the cashier was a little grumpy though 😳
One of our fav places to have breakfast or a diner style dinner when in Santa Rosa! We love everything on the breakfast menu! The hamburgers & fries are great too. Depending on the time you arrive in the morning, you may have a little wait, but it’s worth it!
