The blonde kid taking orders at the front on Sunday morning was great. It was really busy and he worked really hard to get all the orders taken and tray up food for dine in also. They were really fast and they seemed fully staffed and everyone was working didn’t see any staff complaining , just working hard .
I miss this in my area. They fry real egg for this biscuit!!! There is a lady that's been there forever with blonde hair and she is the booooomb

Food was perfect. Delicious. Service needs some work. The person getting my order could have at least smiled 1 time.
Great looking unit compared to unit back home built back in the sixties!! Drive thru was getting most of the attention !! Gravy thick plenty of sausage .Excellant customer service. Beverage center open for self service. Biscuits light and fluffy great taste.

This is one of the few fast food locations in the Santa Rosa Beach area if not the only one. Food always has been cooked well on occasion there were longer waits inside the facility probably from training new employees.
Traveled 45 minutes from Fort Walton to have the amazing ham and cheese... love it.
One of the better Hardee’s locations. Quick service, better than average food compared to other Hardee’s locations, friendly staff.
Drove thru food was hot and fresh staff seemed friendly enough. I don't go here much because it's not close to me.
I like the gravy on hashbrowns. My husband likes the biscuits and gravy.
