We were greeted right away and everyone was very nice Carla was our server and she was working very hard for our large party. We did notice that she didn’t receive much help but she handled it well all by herself!!! Great Job Carla!!! (We know that every establishment is still understaffed at this time) Honorable mention to Mandy (Amanda) She was also very courteous and engaging with the children!!

I wanted to just express my appreciation for the service I received today. I'd first like to be honest. I am not a fan of waffle house due to the terrible service I and normally the unsanitary conditions in Most of them. However, since I was traveling there wasn't many options nearby. I noticed the place was much cleaner that any waffle house I've ever eaten. CARLA WAS EXCEPTIONAL! She's polite, very attentive, works well with others, and she manages the pressure well. Yes, I am very observant because I own a restaurant in Houston Texas. I stopped the manager to share my appreciation for her and he said great job Carla. I don't know if that's all the recognition she would receive but I wanted to make it my personal business to publicly celebrate her. She's a tremendous asset to your team. If he is not in a position to show her the appreciation she deserves I pray this reaches those who are able. I'd also like to say while reading your reviews I just saw another review for Carla and it was 3 months ago. Seems like she consistent. THANK YOU CARLA!

Cheesy eggs and waffle... pretty good. They were supposedly out of chili. Darn.
