We were visiting from Tennessee and our younger son has been wanting to try the stuff deep dish pizza and our experience here was great. Our server was excellent she explained how we could get our pizza and she was really nice. Our pizza was cooked good and it tasted delicious We were very pleased.
The pizza is excellent this place is extremely ADA accessible The staff is really friendly We had deep dish chicken sausage it was great go and get it mmmmmmm
Food and service was excellent. Ordered the deep dish pizza and they do advise you that it take 45 minutes to make, but I feel like it came out much quicker than that. It’s a busy restaurant and the wait was about 25 minutes on a Friday evening. There is limited waiting area, but they do offer to text you when a table is ready. The garlic cheese bread was a favorite! They have a nice bar area with screen TVs and plenty of beer on tap.
Really fantastic restaurant. Our waitress was extremely nice and the wait was fairly bearable. I had some of the best appetizers I've ever had here and the deep dish pizza was absolutely fantastic.
As a native New Jerseyan, I felt the pizza would be mediocre at BEST. Thin crust pizza is my favorite, with an equally thin layer of sauce, then cheese. I did not know what I was in for.
First of all, I love cheese. LOVE.
This pizza is about 75% cheese. A thin, crispy crust, with a solid INCH of cheese, with some sauce on top. I KNOW it sounds ludicrous to put the sauce on top, but hear me out -- it stops the crust from becoming mush.
Now, that being said - it takes a WHILE to come out. Makes sense, seeing as it's an inch of melted cheese. Give yourself an extra 30 minutes for food to come out. Get a beer.
When I asked for garlic, I was given both garlic powder and minced garlic. I used the minced - liberally - and I'm sure the other folks on my flight weren't happy about it. It was DELICIOUS.
Service was prompt and friendly. Do yourself a favor (esp. if you think you know what kinda pizza you like, and are from the east coast) - make the trip, splurge the time and money, and get yourself an indulgent deep dish pizza.
Ask for minced garlic, too. 👌
I loved it. Recommended for deep dish pizza !
I tried multiple deep dish pizza before but nothing so far is as good as Giordanio’s.
I’m not a fan of big chains food in general but this was so good and i will definitely go back again.
We Tried the classic Chicago deep dish: lots of cheese and the perfect thickness of dough and the amount of sauce.
Service was good and waiters were friendly, you might need to wait 30-45 minutes for the pizza though
You know that song I would walk 500 miles, this is the pizza place that song was about. Buddy talked me into walking from the convention center, which I definitely would not recommend. However if you are in the Schaumburg area for at least one meal I would definitely recommend stopping here for a stuffed deep dish pizza pie.
If you visit chicago and never get to try Giordano then your trip is not worthed. They have many outlets across chicago. Visit any. Taste remains same

It was almost empty for 1 pm on a weekday. The food was pretty good, but not particularly special. Included Mac n' cheese, deep dish pizzas, and one gluten-free veggie, dairy-free, which had to be remade as it came with cheese on it. Since we had time we stayed for it. Some food arrived after others in the group had finished, but they were told it would take longer. Waiter was great, helpful, courteous.
Clean - Spacious - Delicious
Took my in-laws for their first Chicago Deep Dish and it did not disappoint:)
Service was helpful and the environment was welcoming.
