I had dinner last night there with my friends and OMG the food was delicious and the service was on point. Our server checked if they had my greek cravings for me and the BEST greek coffee I had in Illinois, pretty comparable to one made by a Yaya! I will definitely will come back and recommend this place to all my friends.
Everything we ate was outstanding. From the fresh Greek bread to the Brousko Lemon Chicken, the best Saganaki and Avgolemeno Soup, and even the dressing on the Greek Village Salad, each thing we tried was fresh and loaded with taste. And George, the owner, could not not have been nicer. This is a well deserved 5 Star rating
If you're a fan of grilled octopus then this place is a must Try! Amazing flavor, tender and simply delicious. Grilled lamb chops are one of the best I've had and the portion is very generous! Food is great! One thing they need to work on is the ambiance, dim the lights, light some candles and it will be perfect!
Restaurant is Beautiful!!! Service wasn't the best, some food was AMAZING and some was burnt. They gave our party complimentary dessert so I'd give them a second chance
Food is great quality, but expect going in to pay at least $20 - $40 per person. Just an FYI for the lunch crowd: ask for the lunch menu, it'll be separate from the standard menu.
First visit. Space was airy and tastefully decorated. Taramosalata appetizer was awesome: large serving -- and the flat breads were just out of the oven -- melted in your mouth. Beet salad was okay, but would have preferred more beets and less greens. Salad and entree were brought out at the same time; would have liked to have been able to enjoy the salad first. The three chicken kabobs were a perfect entree to share; but came with only three potato wedges; six would have been ideal and would not have been too great of a hit to the establishment's bottom line. The flat breads served with the entree were cold and the opposite of the ones served with the appetizer. More potato wedges and no flat breads would have been ideal. Flies in the dining room were annoying... they landed on us and our food. Dine in early unless you are a fan of live music. We'll be back.
Every time I go I get Lamb shank. Nice tender tasty you can't go wrong. Authentic Greek food.
Amazing place! Really good food and great service! Also the singer was amazing! Definitely recommend that place!
delicious food ...warm inviting atmosphere treated like family , dining experience was beyond perfect. every dish was prepared with attention to detail and 100% authentic. The desserts are beyond compare we tried 4 different ones and each was like a little bit of heaven. you can tell they were prepared with skill and love. if you are in the area definitely check them out!!!
