TL:DR - I think this location deserves a second chance.
I have been a regular customer at this location since they first opened. I never thought I'd become a regular patron but when this location opened, management was on top of everything. They memorized names and orders of their regulars, the drive through was getting food out a modest pace, and the food was always warm and delicious.
Then something changed after a few rounds of management. Drive through started backing up alot, online orders weren't made in advance, meals were coming out once every 30 minutes,incomplete and cold, and it seemed like employees were short staffed, overworked, and exhausted.
It got so bad that I took my business to other Dunkins in the area for the past year. I was about to give this location a poor rating, but I saw a Facebook post that said something about a new manager and that this location deserved a chance to redeem themselves.
I gave this location another chance today around 2:00 and I'm thrilled to say the current staff is doing something right. My food came out delicious and warm. The staff was super friendly. The drive through was moving quickly. And the new manager is really working hard to make sure her team maintains good quality.
If you ever had a bad experience here, it might be worth giving this location another chance. I'll openly admit that this location has had a lot of bad experiences in the past with previous teams, but I genuinely believe the current staff deserves a fair shot. They were able to redeem themselves today and I hope to see that going forward too.
