I chose Homewood Suites of Schaumburg because it's close to Sunrise of Schaumburg- Mom's Assisted Living home.
All rooms are suites with convenient full size kitchen appliances & utensils just like home. I didn't expect a quality
can opener, spaghetti strainer. or reassured to find clean dishes in the dishwasher!Service is excellent. The entire hotel is immaculate by great staff at check-in, replenished free breakfast & evening wine & appetizers, and staff who deep clean protecting me from COVID. For convenience, I request & receive the same room.
I'll keep coming back & highly recommend others try it!
This facility was so clean, the staff were kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. The room was amazing. A separate bedroom, separate bathroom with toilet in it's own room, sink and mirrors in their own room. And the living, dining and kitchen area were clean and roomy. And the real fireplace!!! what a great experience for our group of four to hang out and enjoy one another the night before sending one of my sisters off to Texas for the winter. The full breakfast in the morning was great as well. I will definitely stay here or at any of the Homewood Suites in the future.
Treated myself to a blissful nite here during a very tiring move to another city. The bedroom in the suite was so quiet once I closed the doors, the bed was so soft & comfortable, the shower was perfect, & I was able to bring my dogs with me, which was a very nice surprise. This is definitely my all time favorite hotel. I can't recommend it enough!
I stayed here for two nights. I like the townhome feel of the buildings and room arrangement and amenities in the main building. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was large and felt like a mini apartment. It has everything you need for a long or short stay. It was also very easy to get in and out to the main road. I’d recommend to anyone looking for home creature comforts and a large living space.
The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff are friendly, but the people at the desk were not very friendly! The desk person had a hard time setting up the right dates for our next visit. They do not provide stoppers for the kitchen sink to wash dishes. We like to cook some of our own food because we have some food allergies which is why we stay in this type of hotel.
