Elevated bar food. Salmon was pan sautéed ( too fried and too much salt in coating for me) and then baked. Salmon was crunchy and thoroughly cooked - not raw, which is the way I like it. Steak sandwich ( lots of small steak pieces on a browned bun). But note that flavor reflects grass fed beef (didn'tlike thus flavor) (i.e., this is a sustainability restaurant). Fries were ok. Ambiance was an upscale bar. Lots of light and seating. Good place for a large group. Outstanding, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable work staff.

My wife and I met her son, wife, and grandchildren for a Father's Day get-together. However, we were an hour early, so we started at the bar. Great food, service this day was awesome, and the bartender made excellent well drinks. We will definitely visit again.

We chose Hand cut by chance and are pleasantly surprised. Our waiter was kind, thorough, and patient. He answered all of our questions and had some great recommendations. We started our dinner with the meatball appetizer which was tasty and a few delicious drinks. We weren't really sure what to expect but it was a great start to our meal. Dinner was equally good. My partner had the pork chop and I chose the ribeye. There are photos in Google of the menu that are outdated to no fault of the restaurant. I've uploaded new copies as the pricing has changed a good bit. My only wish is that the meals came with a side. Spending $54 for a rib eye and another $11 for mashed potatoes might be a hard pill for some guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
