Rented an Audi A5 Convertible from Miami Airport from May 7th to the 17th. Landed in the American Airlines terminal and followed all the directions I received via email on how to get the the rental area at the airport. The directions were perfectly written with zero confusion. We arrived at their booth. It was adequately staffed and although I had about 20 people in line in front of me it went relatively fast (about 10 minutes). Their booth was clean, high tech and all staff members were professionally dressed. Once I got to an agent, they were SO NICE, prompt and got me the car I ordered. After leaving their booth, you make your way downstairs to the car area were you pick up the keys to your car and go to the assigned space. My car was clean, full of gas, smelled new and drove perfectly. We enjoyed the convertible and the return was just as efficient. Directions to the rental return were clear, concise and on point. We arrived, unloaded the car and were immediately greeted by an agent for Sixt. Super nice guy and the process took only a couple of minutes. Thank you Sixt for the professionalism in a time where it has gone out the window!
