Baldemiro's is one of the best in the country. Warning, once you have tried Baldemiro's burritos, all other Mexican food will seem like a let down in quality. That being said, Baldemiro's has one of the best breakfast burritos in the country. The Jumbo Burrito, my personal favorite is HUGE and is delicious until the last bite. Baldemiro's is addictive and you will find yourself returning to this hidden gem in Monterey

We ordered to go, pretty fast and portions were pretty good for the price.
We ordered rolled tacos, which were good, but not the best. We also ordered a Carne Asada burrito, it was okay, but it was more on the salty side than we would like, as well as a little too much onions for us:)
I wish their guacamole wasn't so watered down though, other than that we would come again since it does fulfill that Mexican food crave;)

Delicious and quickly made! I decided to order a California burrito, and it came out so fast I assumed I had misheard the number they were calling out. Both the green and red salsas were delicious on this burrito, though the green was my favorite (and I usually prefer red!). I also liked how well mixed the items were inside the burrito; each bite was a nice mix of ingredients. I would eat here again.
Walk in and order in Spanish or English. Some patrons called ahead, which is a smart way to go. Casual and popular place with a diverse clientele. Everything is made fresh, so be patient (but worth the wait.) Great street tacos. Fish and shrimp tacos were delicious. Beef is good but super salty.
Pretty good breakfast burritos here. The Machaca was very good! Both salsas green (mild) and red (little spicy) were fresh and on point. I'm confident everything here is good, solid little Mexican restaurant.

Not sure about lettuce on fish tacos but after the first bite I didn’t care at all. I used to eat bear 20 years ago when we lived in Monterey and these are as good as I remember.
This is one of our go-to Taco shops. We have a rotation, as Monterey has so many great places to eat. I enjoy their burritos. The portions are large and service is pretty quick. The location is a bit out of the way for us and it's situated in somewhat of an awkward place, but it's not a problem.
I ordered carne asada tacos, pollo asado tacos, and rice and beans. The food tasted authentic. I expected more flavor for the meats, but the rice and beans were good. They also have the glass bottle cokes!
Great breakfast burritos and tacos, haven't had the rest to comment. The service has been great every time we went and the bathroom is very nice and clean.
Since this place has opened it has been my go to. Fast and consistent. Last night the Carne asada fries were extremely tasty. My husband can't say no to a bacon breakfast burrito!
Excellent food and service. You can't go wrong with any menu selection. This is my favorite Mexican food in Seaside!
