Great hidden gem. Tortillas and chips are homemade, the guac is super fresh, and everything was very tasty. I was a huge fan of the ranchero enchilada (red sauce), and it came with Oaxaca crumbled cheese. Our server was the sweetest, most attentive lady, and the restrooms were very clean.
I understand all the good reviews now. Came in for breakfast and the place was packed. Some sweet woman was leaving and she let us have her table. The service was honestly so pleasant. All the staff we interacted with was genial and kind. Working in a restaurant that handles that kind of revolving capacity cannot be easy, yet they did so gracefully. The food was tasty. Like we make at home. Flavorful and NOT drowned in oil. Worth the price and the wait if you have to. Really comfortable atmosphere. I'm from the West Coast and used to a variety of restaurants with a good quality and this place doesn't disappoint. Try it. That Barbacoa was on point.

Even the chips they bring out to start you off are made from scratch. I think everything is sooo fresh because there's a constant stream of traffic & nothing has time to get stale.
If you don't live in Sequin (I'm about an hour & a half away), Noe's is worth your while to take a drive!

Great tacos. Great tortillas. Not traditional homemade but not bag tortillas either. Fresh tea and fast, friendly service. Ordered three tacos and could only eat two. We'll be back next time we stay in the area.

This is a hoppin little mom n pop place. Service is great. Food is better than average. My eggs were still hot, the pancakes are awesome.
Good breakfast tacos. The corn tortillas with barbacoa was great. The flour tortillas with chorizo and egg were not very tasty (not homemade).
