Stopped here for a early dinner after a day of fun and shopping in the area. Greeted quickly and taken directly to an open table to be seated. Very fast service and the waitress was very courteous and helpful. The food was very well prepared, hot, and very tasty. Can’t beat well prepared home style food and good service!! We had chicken and dumplings and the open face pot roast…both being very delicious! The corn bread is on point as is the glazed carrots and mashed potatoes!! The sweet tea was exactly as expected in the south!! We will return here in future visits to try other dishes and enjoy the homey feel!!

It's big and always busy, but it's worth the wait. We had breakfast on a Saturday morning and waited an hour, but once we were seated, our waitress Cindy appeared and made us feel welcome. We ordered and the food arrived quickly. The portions are very generous, and everything was delicious. The flapjacks are cooked on the griddle in a springform pan for 20 minutes to ensure a perfect 6-inch cake. The cinnamon rolls are plate-sized and sharable. The sunny morning orange and strawberry juice drink is refreshing and unique. Come hungry and enjoy one of the best breakfasts in the area.

Oh my goodness! I think we have found a new Must-Do!!! Loved the food and atmosphere of this location. The portions are huge and delicious. The environment is super cozy and welcoming. We got in easily on a weekday for Breakfast, and would love to try lunch and dinner in the future. Definitely worth a visit when in town!
