The first day they opened I went with a friend who talked me into trying sushi ....nah I wasn't gonna eat raw fish lol well one taste and I was hooked. They had just opened so it took a while to get the food. Since then it's my favorite place to have sushi. Love the freshness of the sashimi and found my new favorite soup ...the spicy seafood soup is amazing. The owners and servers are always friendly the place is always clean ...I can't stand the other places because if I'm anywhere near the bathrooms I can smell it.. Thanks Jackie for having such a classy place. I'd eat there everyday if I could !!!!
Ichiban Asian Restaurant is the best Asian fusion restaurant in the Shoals! The service is great, the food the best and the sushi is "off the chain"! When I have out of town guests THIS is where it's me them to for a great dinner out! I can't wait till the complete the remodel! It's looking great!
I went to Ichiban about 5 years ago and did not have a great experience. From then on I wrote it off as a restaurant choice. Anytime someone mentioned it I would shoot it down. We randomly decided to go there last night. My mom saw someone with a to go order that looked really good earlier in the day so she suggested it for supper. Our experience couldn't be farther from my first. The food was delicious! The portion sizes ��� The staff treated us so well, and it was great to see how all of the waitresses helped each other out. It was phenomenal. I'm calling this my new favorite place!
