8/10/21 UPDATE
Decided to try one of Wendy's Ice brew coffee, although it looked on the weak side, it was really good!
No bitter or acidic after taste, it wasn't so strong it made me want to add water or milk but definitely full bodied, smooth and refreshing!
My experiences with other cold brew ice coffee's always left me disappointed and wishing I hadn't spent the money on something I was tossing. I'm looking forward to purchasing another one from Wendy's!!

On a whim, I just decided to purchase Wendy's biscuits & gravy for my mom and cousin, and they seemed to enjoy it! I had no idea Wendy's even served this. I can't give you my personal opinion, but now I look forward to trying it!!

For lunch today, my husband talked me into Wendy's. This time, I decided to try a Junior Burger. My burger had pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard on a toasted bun. My husband had a Daves Single and a small fry. His burger came with quarter-pound beef, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mayo, and onion on a toasted bun. Honestly, people will hate me for saying this. Wendy's junior burger and Mcdonald's hamburger were similar in taste; the difference was round patty vs. square patty and dehydrated onions vs. fresh onions. The bun was slightly different; the overall taste was very close, and I thought it was good. My husband's only complaint (other than it didn't look like the picture) was there was way too much mustard, ketchup, and mayo. He commented that the fries were yummy; I had a few, and my minor complaint was too much salt on them! Overall, we'll order from Wendy's again! I'm still leaving it at four-star due to the over use of salt on the fries and way to much sauce on my husbands burger.

I can't even remember when the last time I ate at Wendy's was; I haven't been a fan of Wendy's in the past due to various reasons, uncooked burger, cold fries, flat tea twice, but like before It has been quite a while and I was willing to give them a chance once again.
I was excited but a bit cautious when my husband told me that they had fresh-made salads; I was willing to try one, I love salads, and it helped that they had several salads to choose from and not only a plain side salad.
My options were the Jalapeno Popper, Parmesan Caesar, Southwest Avocado, Taco, and Apple Pecan salad, they all sounded worthy, but today it was the Southwest Avocado Salad.
Thank goodness the worker informed me that I had a choice of a half or full-size salad; I chose a half-size, and there was nothing small about it at all!
The Southwest Avocado Salad has a bed of mixed greens topped with pepper jack cheese, diced tomatoes, creamy avocado, smoked bacon, and grilled chicken breast. The dressing that comes with it is their Southwest Ranch, but I opted for their signature salsa instead.
I'll admit, I was pretty happy getting this decent size salad for a total of $5.22 w/tax! I was even more pleased that the taste was pleasant, the grilled chicken had a couple of spots that were a little dry, but at least it wasn't raw, and I wasn't feeling the Southwest part of it, probably due to the change of the dressing, but all of this food and their flavorful signature salsa for such a stunning price, it sold me on trying them again for another one of their salads, maybe someday a burger ;) This is my reasoning behind a 4-star rating versus a 5-star one, I reserve the right to change it once I have tried another one of their hamburgers!
Wendy's location is 9598 Ridgetop Blvd, Silverdale, WA.
They are close to Dairy Queen and across the street from Best Buy and Party City.
Although Wendy's is an extensive well-known chain restaurant, they employ and hire local people; like I have stated before in other reviews, it is always best to help our locally owned small businesses, but sometimes it isn't in the cards to do so, at that point you work with what you have and feel good knowing they at least hire local people.
