AMAZING staff, everyone is so welcoming. They did a great job at keeping my food away from the allergies I listed. The food was warm and tasted great. The younger staff was extremely helpful with getting my order correct and out quick. Best sub shop in Simi Valley by far. -A happy customer!
Caitlin was SO helpful and incredibly kind. I was recently in a car accident and had to use a crutch to get around and she offered to bring my order to my car which was a huge act of kindness to me. Not to mention, it was very busy at the time so the fact that she took a little extra time to help me out was her way of going above and beyond her responsibilities to show kindness in the world. I am very appreciative of her for providing such a great experience coming to this firehouse subs.Her people skills are 10/10 and she was sincere through out the conversation/ interaction. Even her make up was 10/10! Thank you so much Caitlin! Your kindness is what I wish I saw more of in the world.
Everyone was super friendly as i had to travel 30 minutes to this location. (There arent any firehouse subs near me)
I always get the brisket bbq sandwich with light mayo. It's delicious. Also this is this is the nicest looking sandwich i have ever gotten from firehouse. This is my absolute favorite sandwich place. Highly recommend!
There meatball sandwich is amazingly delicious ! Never had a better one ever. And they are consistent every time. Bread is so soft delivery is not bad .. little cheaper obviously if you go in but delivery is not a bad option...
The owner Christy is so welcoming & friendly it's like she knows everyone who walks in personally. The sandwiches are delicious & filling and rounded off with a cool, crisp pickle. It's a crave worthy experience!
First time here, great customer service and the sub was delicious. Highly recommend it
Tasty subs but dont always give your extra pickle when you request it.
