I sat st the bar overlooking the kitchen and drank a few beers. I watched The Chef/owner cook for over an hour and I was very impressed!! Such care in preparing each dish and great communication with his assistant in the kitchen and the front of the house staff. Every dish looked delicious. I’ll be back to sample the food. Looking forward to it.

This was the best meal. Our whole table felt the same way. Blackened grouper with pomegranate molasses, mmmmm, fabulous! I have to add our waiter was so knowledgeable & engaging.

Ok first you have to start off when the cheese curds when dining at 527. They are amazing!!!! Then my favorite thing to get for dinner is the coffee rubbed chuck tender, It's my favorite dish. I can never eat it all, but I don't mind taking it home, because it makes for awesome lunch at work the nxt day. Then please finish with desert if you have room, they are all really good!!!
