This is a delightful local bakery serving up a variety of delicious treats and bread. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. We met the owner too and loved hearing how she incorporated her story and wove it into the amazing place it is today!
I always come here when in Michigan. Abby's cookies are just the best. If you haven't had her coconut macaroons you're truly missing out. They're the best macaroons I've EVER had and my family owned a bakery for 54 years. The quality of ingredients and love she puts into everything make this place top notch. And if you're lucky enough to catch Franny, the founder of Cookies On Call, don't hesitate to stop and say hello.

We planned a trip to South Haven for my mother-in-laws birthday and needed a local bakery to make a cake to help us celebrate. I came across Cookies on Call and reached out to Abby to see if she could create a drip cake while we were visiting. I ordered ahead and arranged our pick up date for while in town. Showed up on our pick up date and Abby delivered a beautiful, delicious masterpiece! Everyone in our group loved it and we all raved it was one of the best cakes we’ve ever had. Working with Abby was a breeze and if we make it back to South Haven we will be sure to have something to celebrate just so we can get another cake from Cookies on Call!!
I am a pretty picky cookie eater. You should not need fillings or toppings to have a cookie. I purchased PB, Fall Out, & sugar sugar. By far my favorite one is fall out. I will be returning

Nothing but love. Abby is the best hostess. Scones, biscotti, cake pops and the coooookies are delicious: In the voice of cookie monster.
Abby and Tabby are quite the team. Cookies, scones and other delights make this place a definite repeat.
Open everyday and they deliver.
Had to find parking on a busy Saturday but, it was worth it.

The macaroons along are worth a trip across Lake Michigan from WI.
A cookie you can sink your teeth into! The flavors were amazing, I wish I had gotten more but we were buying for the road so I didn't taste them until we got home. I will definitely stop again when we are in the area next time. Service was supper friendly. Just a great place to be.
