My girlfriend and I showed up during a shift change, the staff greeted us and let us know how long the wait would be. Team members quickly got everything cleaned up and got us seated WHILE changing shifts. All staff members were very friendly. A worker named “Tony” who greeted us with a smiling face and smooth joke gave us hats before he left as his shift was ending and gave us a friendly farewell. Our server, I’m not sure of her name was very friendly as well. She prepared our food quickly and it was excellent. All of these workers are on top of it and deserve the highest praise. Very pleasant waffle house experience. We will be back.

The manager went above and beyond . Her waitress was no professional waitress in any way. She was rude, slow and sloppy and let her boss do all the work without even trying to please anyone. But the manager was the best. We left her a $30 tip. I hope she finds better help.

I visited with friends from out of town who don’t have regular access to Waffle House. The team here—Tony, D, Sam and Kelvin—was absolutely amazing, as was the food. Warm, friendly and incredibly accommodating. The entire experience far exceeded expectations.

Always enjoy my breakfast time here. Staff is friendly, food served hot and correct. Everyone was on top of their game. I'd be happy to come back anytime.
