I've been eating Senor Froggy Mexi-burgers since I was a teenager, but I hadn't had one in a long time. I went there last week and didn't see it on the menu, so I asked and found out they still make them, you just have to ask. I have been to this Senor Froggys 4 times over the last week now, getting Mexi-burgers. lol Today after work, I went to get a Mexi-burger for lunch on my way home. Because it's not something they have on their regular menu, they were out of buns, which they didn't realize until after I ordered and paid. The guy there actually told me if I didn't mind waiting an extra 10 minutes, he would run to the store and get buns. I love Mexi-burgers so much that I happily waited. lol He was so apologetic, but I was just thrilled that he was willing to run to the store for me instead of having me order something else. That is above and beyond good customer service to me. I've always gone to the Senor Froggys down by Indiana, but I love how bright and cheery this one is. The salsa bar is always so great, and nobody in town does hot sauce like Senor Froggy hot sauce. I will continue to go back, and to recommend that everybody go and try a Mexi-burger.
Salsa bar, awesome! Tacos solid. Other burritos and assorted food I've had there is very good for this fast (but good) food category. Very clean restaurant. Quality staff exudes ownership and was trained well. Tonight we got 2 of the taco 3 packs. The cheerful young lady who took our order, overheard us talking about bringing 4 of the 6 tacos back to the house for the kids. She offered to split the order and prepare the 4 to-go tacos fresh upon our departure for the kids. Perfect! Now I know why they have a tip jar, they rock! Will be back soon, love these guys!
This is my favorite fast food restaurant. The owners are often on site and act as if they want nothing more than to provide great service. When the current owners first took possession I made a comment the facility had not been properly cleaned in some time and I pointed out my concerns. The owner had been so busy getting started he hadn’t noticed but immediately made the effort to rectify the areas of concern and several years later the facility is very well maintained. The name of the restaurant implies it is only Mexican food but there is an Italian menu as well.
Pleasant staff and owners. This mom and pop place always is top notch in fast food, quality and service. Plus their guacamole and salsa are so good. Love my deep fried meat burrito!
I've been going here for over 20 years. Not much has changed in that time. It has always been delicious and they have a great salsa bar. Also something special about there soft tacos, the flour tortillas are unique and tasty.
They care not just about the customer but their employees. I have seen mostly the same staff for years. They are friendly and recognize most of their repeat customers. The food is good for fast food but it's the care and family feel that brings you back over and over.
Great food, fast and friendly service! I absolutely love getting their food. You can't go wrong with their Super Burrito Fiesta, or the spaghetti with meat sauce.
While not completely traditional mexican food, they offer a unique take on the experience, and I think they're onto something.
