The new owner, David is so nice. He is so hands on and has a pleasant attitude. Being friendly to customers makes a long lasting impression. The atmosphere of the pub is really nice and cozy. I looks high end but you don’t need to dress up to come here. Their pizza is so good by the way. I’ll definitely be coming back.
My friend and I are both from the Vascular Program in SCC and will be graduating in 6 months. Since David promised us to come back on our graduation for a free Prosecco, we will try to honor that 😅. I saw some blankets by the door on our way out, that just shows how much the owner cares for the customers especially now that the temperature has been so cold.

I would show you more photos of how beautiful the dishes were but I ate them so fast there is nothing left to photograph, except dessert. Here’s a pic of my dad loving the music and the vibes. Although he’d love to hear the song Cuban Potato Chip while he devoured his Cuban sandwich he agreed he is more than satisfied.
Date night with my husband to this new facility here in Spokane. I loved the signage upon entering the restaurant.
We sat in the upper terrace area, which was nice and refreshing (and we were able to people watch 😆). The waitress came to inform us of the special of the day and their famous food items.
We decided to order appetizers, sit and enjoy the moment. We were pleasantly surprised with our food choice and enjoyed it as we enjoyed being in company together.
The owner of the restaurant came to greet us and talked with us, which is not only rare but added an extra touch.
We plan to return for another date, but plan to stay and enjoy other choice options.

Nice place, great atmosphere with exposed brick and timber. Interesting history of the space as well. Intriguing menu and great cocktails.
David the owner is engaging and efficient, and knows to warn ( male patrons especially)..... " don't touch the hot skillet" the appetizers are served in.
We enjoyed our experience here.

We tried this out because the menu pairs every dish with a suggested wine (and who can pass that up?) It was amazing! Best gluten free crust I've tried in Spokane so far. Also amazing wine, great service, great dessert (the creme brulee was lovely) and the cocktails were fabulous. The hazelnut old fashioned was so, so good. Definitely going back often!!
We enjoyed the outdoor seating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious but the portions were small especially for the price. The bloody mary drink was delicious but it did not have any vegetables, unlike the picture displayed in their website. I had to ask for green olives.
First time in the Garland district and so glad we chose North Hill on Garland! Great ambiance and service to match - thank you David for the hospitality.

Great atmosphere and fantastic selections! The owner served us and was very engaged and interesting. He gave us excellent details about the choices and the food was on point. Definitely going back!
