Note this place also has customers waiting for phoned in or web orders. If you are dining in you need to ask for help, they aren't mind readers and don't know who is who until you ask to make an order. Nice place, clean as far as I could tell, good service, friendly staff, food came out fast, ton of open seating. If you happen to have a major gripe you should contact corporate I'm sure they will straighten out wayward staff conduct. Complaining here just hurts the staff who are doing a five star job.

As someone who also until extremely recently worked customer service, and who is from a smaller area not quite used to this big city (for me), it was so nice to see the employees laughing and joking with eachother and their customers. I can't imagine McDonald's is a great job, but it was really nice to see them being happy and having fun.

I got to eat in front of "my Olga!" And that in it's self makes for a very happy Gordon. Now throw in the fast food and bring me a wheelchair to push me out the doors.
