Super fun and fast place to eat some great food. The tacos are so yummy, along with the sides. Definitely try the yuca fries and the street corn! Also love the beer selections, and the staff are really friendly and helpful with samples and answering questions. Do yourself a favor and eat here!

Wow! I have been hoping to try Tacology 101 for some time now. I had the opportunity today following a meeting downtown. I had the Undecided with brisket, carnitas and the mahi tacos on homemade corn tortillas and each one presented incredible depths of flavor. Everything about our visit was so refreshing to see in the Springfield food scene. Adventurous flavors without the accepted Central Illinois conformity to trying to please everyone. Really incredible flavors with thought behind each item. So truly authentic but with chef inspiration and flare. Also must haves are the YUCA FRIES & STREET CORN - Wow! Congratulation Chef James Hamilton - your culinary talents can almost compete with you Junior Football skills!

Excellent tacos! First time there and I tried the undecided where you pick 3 tacos! Mahi fish taco, mushroom taco, and the carnitas taco were all great!!! Each taco was a perfect blend of flavors!
