Good diner breakfast served with a smiling face. Grits were good, something Southern diner cooks don't usually get right. Would come back and try Tex mex offerings.

The Spot is THE SPOT!. Awesome for lunch. Very clean and great service. Very reasonable prices and the food is very tasty! Try the grilled dogs - almost...and just almost as good as Hazels....the burgers are good as well....great portions and for the money - can't beat. GO!
Good Breakfast. We stopped in for breakfast on Saturday morning, and while it was busy we were still able to get a booth. The staff was extremely friendly and the owner stopped by our table to make sure everything was okay. My eggs were perfectly cooked as ordered, which I really appreciated. My husband loved the bacon because it was thick cut, crispy without being crumbly and had a great flavor--it put a smile on his face. The home fries, toast and biscuit were also good and nothing required any additional seasoning. The gravy, whether it was or not, tasted like it was prepackaged and was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we ordered soda and were given bottles (16.9 oz) that were kind of expensive and no refills.

Great Breakfast!!. I had breakfast here this morning, it was wonderful. The home fries are great, well seasoned and the breakfast sandwich that I got on ciabatta bread was spot on. My boyfriend got the biscuits and gravy and thoroughly enjoyed them as well. Over all a great experience, friendly waitress and great food!
Such a good local place. If you want an authentic southern breakfast, you found it! The home fries are always cooked perfectly and the portion size is large, especially for the great prices. The Greek omelette is a must. The servers are really sweet and we always leave with smiles and full bellies! Can't wait until next time!

Dave makes incredible breakfast food and is serious about Feeding the People. While the menu is diverse, try a special omelette. Or better yet, say a little prayer on your way over that his Eggs Benny or Huevos Rancheros are up on the specials board. Coffee is bottomless and the staff is really sweet.
This is a great place to blend in with the locals. If you are on the interstate and reading this, pull off and get some good grub! This is the cleanest and best little greasy spoon in town.
The Spot Cafe is 'spot on' for great food. Went there for the first time on Sunday morning for breakfast. I work in the food industry and really thought all omelettes were the same.(if they weren't bad, then they were good)...but The Spot Cafe proved me wrong...a delicious tomato, bacon and feta omelette with perfectly cooked home fries and delicious coffee in a nice big mug. Great service and reasonably priced. This is a breakfast/lunch place only but with food this good, I'm hoping they'll open for dinner, too. Highly recommended. Located just west of the SR 16/Masters Drive intersection in a small plaza on the southside of SR 16. Additional parking in back.
