The “Average Joe” is bigger than it looks! Love that you can choose two kinds of ice cream to fill the bowl or make into a milkshake. Always fresh, great variety. Wish they had cookie dough! Don’t forget to ask for your rewards punch card, you’ll be back!
Great in store made ice cream! Great place for kids. Friendly service. Get several pretzel sticks with order. Also, (5) Adult flavors (slight amount of alcohol). Also, several lattoce free flavors.
Best ice cream I have ever had! Great atmosphere. Enjoyed looking at all of the pictures and posters from pop culture. Owner and employees make it a fun place to visit. See you again soon!
Christy's never disappoints. Ice cream is always fresh and great tasting, with super friendly service. They have an extensive variety with fun names. Their large size (the Average Joe) is a tad expensive but is huge.
Don't make any resolutions to stop eating ice cream, at least not until you've had ice cream here! My wife and I stopped in last night here in Palencia after having dinner at Caps and we needed to "cleanse our palatte" (that's our mutually acceptable excuse for craving something sweet). There were two very polite and welcoming young men working who are students at a local high school and they made our trip even more enjoyable! When I commented "Ooh, that sounds good!" they replied kindly with "Would you like to try it?". The menu of combinations is fantastic and it does make it entertaining to try one at a time and give yourself a reason to come back and indulge in something different. It's also important to note that the store is incredibly clean, comfortable and well lit. Now that we're residents at Palencia it's wonderful to have another great business here in our backyard to frequent. Thank you!
Employees are super friendly, let you sample as many flavors as you want and the ice cream flavors are great. Chill atmosphere.
First place we found when we moved here (their Ponte Vedra location) but the new Palencia location is just as awesome. Epstein's Mother and That's The Way Uh Huh Uh Huh are my favs. Great employees. Have never had a bad experience.
