Excellent! I would recommend they have staff work the tables for drinks orders....could increase your liquor sales by 50% Just opened...so perhaps that’s coming?
So last night Sherry and I stumbled across this awesome restaurant-hot spot on Central called Trophy Fish. Simply order from a delicious fresh fish menu or get some "Boat" drinks for you and your friends. Beautiful space with a view of the downtown Grand Central District.

Came here by chance while having a night out with friends. Atmosphere is laid back and inviting. Food service was quick and delicious and bartenders were responsive and quick. Live music was great. Will definitely be back!
One of the best seafood restaurants I have ever eaten at, a real and absolute delight. Fresh, fresh, fresh seafood. All outdoor dining in an unconventional location creating and ambiance that it truly remarkable.
The vibe. The food. The amazing drinks and of course wonderful staff. There is no place like Trophy Fish! Go for the fresh fish & hush puppies and stay for the “Fin & Tonic” cocktail. It’s devine! Cannot wait to come back!
Once you step through the gates you’d think you were in a outside beach bar! Multiple covered dining & activity areas, order at the cook shack. Had fish spread, hush puppies & black grouper. Fish very fresh and well cooked. Meals served on compostable wares. Good tap beer selection. Attentive wait staff. Accessible ‘heads’, free parking in small lot. I’ll be back!
Before I get into the review of the food, the blonde bartender with the large mustache was definitely giving racist vibes to the colored people in our group. I won’t rate the establishment poorly for it only because majority of the kitchen staff were super sweet and welcoming, just that one guy that was a real a**hole.
Okay so, super cute spot, felt like a great vibe. They have live music sometimes and a spinning wheel of prizes, very open air atmosphere.
The fish was comparable to the kind you get by the beach for sure. Like amazing quality fresh fillets, perfectly cooked rice and veges. If you’re in St.Pete and you’re not trying to go all the way out to the beach, this is a great downtown alternative that kinda mimicks beach vibes. Drinks were well crafted!

Great atmosphere, excellent food and delicious cocktails. I just had the best spicy margarita of my life , Jovan the bartender made it for me and i couldn't believe how delicious it is. They have a wide range of liquors, wines and beer. I ate a fish tacos with the catch of the day and was extremely tasty. I recommend this place 100% if you are in the area of downtown St. Petersburg.
Great atmosphere, you feel like you are at a Beach Bar right on Central Ave. They have a nice variety on the menu and the prices are reasonable and the food is good. Great customer service and frequently live music.
