Cozy place. Great vibe. Lots of great events. Such amazing food. The pesto dip...oh so good. Everything I've ever had there has been delicious, but I can't resist the dip trio. If you like to support small businesses who go out of their way to source locally, celebrate diversity and appreciate their customers, Community Cafe is all that and a bag of vegan chips! Lol. A must try.
I simply must make it a point to stop by here every time I get the chance to visit the St. Pete from across the state. The food is always delicious and the service very friendly. Even at 11:30 in the evening! Definitely a gem in the area. :-)
Vegan and vegetarian food. This spot has got you covered. We ordered the panini portobello and the green tomato sandwich. They both tasted awesome with the salad they offered. Cozy and comfortable spot. A good selection of coffee and healthy herbal drinks. It is really sad that their lease has not been extended. Just when i was happy that i found good spot for vegetarian food. Would love to keep going here.
Tasty food with vegan selection in a warm, homey eclectic atmosphere. Very community based they have chalkboards thanking helpers. Apparently they are due to close this location in the next month and hopefully open another site soon.
I love this place! Granted, my friends created and manage it, and I work there part time on the weekends, but it's seriously a beautiful, cozy environment that I want to hang out in all the time. It's a little slice of artsy, vegan and vegetarian, coffee-loving, craft beer-drinking, community-oriented St Petersburg folk. And the food is great too! The Globe shut down two years ago, and I cried my little eyes out over it, but now I realize that it was so the Community Cafe could exist and fill my heart and soul with goodness!
Awesome little coffee shop. Very comfortable and friendly. Cappuccinos are delicious. The last time we stopped by one evening they were showing a short film with a dozen folks drinking coffee and watching. Neat and unique place.
I found this cafe a few months ago since I go to school in the area. Not only are the hours perfect for an evening person but it is accepting of everyone in the community. It's a safe space for LGBTQ and has the best freaking coffee, vegan, and gluten free options
Great vegan fare including desserts, open late, live music, home cooked meals and lattes. Prices are a bit on the high side (expect about $40-$50 for two, including tip) and outdoor seating is minimal but the food is great, the staff is always friendly, and there is plenty of local art featured for conversation!
This delicious locally owned cafe is the spot. They have weekly gatherings and support the LGBTQ community. Their food is all made with much thought and LOVE. Main meal and also desserts. So many kinds of tea and any kind of coffee you could want. They also carry beer wine and if you not into that they have kombucha too!
Cute. Kitchy. Healthy. This place has the vibe of eating at someone's house with the mismatched furniture and eclectic dishes. Good food. Comfy atmosphere vegatarian/vegan friendly.
