Whether you arrive there for the buffet (only during lunch) or the take out (only during dinner) the food is excellent. FOOD = I like my meat pure and not swimming in foreign sauce… Witches lightly seasons their meat selections allowing the true meat flavor to shine. This simplicity also allows it to pair very well with all the BBQ sauce you can spritz on it (lots of varieties representing the flavors of the U.S.) as well as the sides. I’m not a grits person, but their jalapeno grits can convert me! SERVICE = The ones doing all the hard work tend to be very friendly but the counter people can be a little stand-off-ish. HINT = Eat outside in the cool evenings so you can hear the live bands playing in the courtyard below or order beer from the nearby Ale and the Witch. Extra kudos because it’s hard to find any BBQ dining options in DTSP or any meal for that price.

Basic, but fast. I wouldn't bring visitors for dinner or anything. But, if I want food fast at lunch - perfect!
