Always helpful staff, I'm on oxygen and I never worry that I will be in long checkout lines.
Really like using the pharmacy at Sam's club. Everyone is really nice. The pharmacists take time to explain new prescriptions to you. I got the shingles vaccination there. The assistant came looking for me when it was ready. That's going above and beyond.
The store is immaculately clean. The prices are about the same as they are in NY. The store is fully stocked and well-maintained. The staff is friendly too. Not too many cashiers available at check out but the wait wasn't long. Overall, very nice store.
Best wholesale store out there. You can buy so many things in bulk for so much cheaper than publix or elsewhere.
I especially recommend: protein powder, food court pizza, sushi platters, and the rotisserie chicken. There is an amazing selection of fruits and freezer food that I would also check out. Gas is also super cheap and alone makes up for the price of the membership!
Clean store, easy to get in and out. I go here to get snacks and drinks for our in house training classes at work, I’ve never had a problem with out of stock items.
My only gripe are the card readers, they are very finicky at self service and you have to put your card in just right for it to read. Sometimes I need to go to a manned register for help all due to the card readers, not sure if they’re overused or overdue for replacement.
I always find myself surprised by the high-quality produce and meat selection. They always have things I need in stock, and the prices are great. As expected, the quantities are huge. There is almost always a check out lane available when I go, and I don't usually wait in line.

This Sam's club is identical to the Ohio locations. pleasantly surprised as I could find what I needed quickly, especially in this time if severe Coronovirus. Store was very well stocked and clean. Employees were friendly and efficient. Very big down side, absolutely no social distancing. NONE. The photos will show. Govenor needs to do something . Sam's needs to limit people inside. Today I wore masks and visor for extra protection, which definitely needed here. Stay safe.
