Our normal order includes general tso chicken combo and chicken wing w/pork fried rice. Both are great!! The kids have also eaten the bar-b-que ribs and those were good too.
Great Wall is Great for take out. For Chinese takeout, the Great Wall is just fine. It's offerings include some Szechuan dishes, and they don't use MSG. In fact, they are reasonably healthy for many of their competitors, and can really do veggies quite well. I recommend their sesame chicken as a bargain, and their tofu dishes are excellent. After living in both San Francisco and New York City, I was most amused by the review by the person who's found "authentic" Chinese cuisine in Tampa! I doubt he'd recognize "authentic" since he eats "lo mein" (the popular American Chinese inspired food) and compares the sauce to packaged Ramen (How does he know? I don't!) so don't go by his interesting opinion.....he can't even spell sauce. While Great Wall may not be the most exotic food, it measures up to most take-out places of its size in New York or most any place where "Chinese" food is sold and is quite adequate for a quick meal...and they deliver!
Mmm.... I actually like this place. I don't get that weird "Chinese food" aftertaste in my mouth after eating it. My favorite dish is the combo platter with boneless spare ribs and chicken fried rice. It also comes with an egg roll. It's inexpensive, too.

Quaint space, very clean, friendly service. I love little restaurants where you can watch people moving about in their own little spheres, keeping their own lives in proper orbit, just being. So many busy humans with so many worries and triumphs and struggles and tiny moments of complete bliss. Food here is delicious! The egg drop soup leaves me feeling nourished. I’m happy these humans are here.
Used to frequent a near-by restaurant which we loved and were very loyal to for 6 years... last 3 visits, prices went up, quality went down, things disappeared off the plates (ex: broccoli from the Gen.Tao's). This place knocked my socks off! Clean store, fresh food, friendly service, amazing food with great flavor AND my broccoli. Only started with our usual order, ya know, for comparison... We will definitely be back.
had many pork fried rice and chicken wings, this place got the best one. big chicken wings, really crispy and juicy. fried rice taste like the usual but good pork.
