Out of town, here for work, we conveniently ate dinner there every night, all week. It's that good and they have plenty of variety. For starters there are well over a few hundred beers, ales, ciders etc to choose from. I even found international favorites (Berliner Weisse) that are rare treats. The Fed Fries are a must have. Nobody does french fries better! Other dishes we enjoyed: crab cake, personal stone fired pizza, chili, chicken sandwich, burger, and fish tacos.

Had a very nice lunch at the Federal Taphouse in State College PA. The food was excellent - and I mean more than just bar food. Burgers, Pizza and even Salmon (with incredible risotto) we all extremely good, and the service was warm and friendly. It has an upscale sports bar vibe and a great location with views from the second floor. Highly recommended.

I always forget about this place when thinking about getting food, but it’s great. They an amazing selection of beer and they’ll have something for every palate. Food is always spot on. It’s really random but there poutine is ridiculously good. I try to to get it every time I come in for food. Pizza is also good as it’s made in a wood oven.
