Shakes are grade a, tea is good, aloe shots are to die for, yoga classes are relaxing and strenuous at the same time (perfect.) I have yet to try the cardio drumming. And the personnel are friendly and more than willing to help you and answer questions. At first, I thought it was one of those health pyramid money making schemes, kind of like plexus, but they genuinely are looking at your health and not your wallet.
