Although this may be very Americanized Chinese takeout it's pretty good to say the least this location is very clean, The staff is very helpful, and very patient while customers take their time making order selections.
The food isn't always consistent which is why I gave the review a four star, but most times it's pretty okay.
The area surrounding the drink fountain always seems to be disorganized, not really a fan of everybody being able to touch all the drink lids just to secure the cup, But their selections are always in stock, and the fountain itself seems to be very clean.
Also that seasonal apple pie egg roll dessert thing is sooo good, not sure if this is at all locations or if it's a franchise thing but it's good.
Food is good. But!!!
9/10 times, they forgot to put the teriyaki sauce packet to my order of teriyaki grilled chicken when driving thru. The entry name is “teriyaki grilled chicken” though.
Sometimes, the clerk in the drive thru window immediately disappears after hand me the order, so I have to walk in the front to get the packet.
Fried rice is undercooked.

The restaurant is clean. To my surprise the service was fast on a busy week day lunch hour.
