It was very good experience. I would like to be there again. Perfect service and nice people there created good atmosphere. Perfect food.
My hubby and I ate here for the first time today (Onondaga Blvd). The outside has a rustic exterior so was expecting the same inside. Not super impressed with the decor and seating, but was here more for the food😄 I had the pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw and sweet potato fries. Hubby had the brisket sandwich with cole slaw and red skin potato salad. Service was very fast! Food was delicious😋 The only negatives - Cole slaw tasted kind of "off". Not sure what ingredient was in it that made it so off-putting (maybe vinegar???)🤷🏻♀️ Also, the brisket was not "melt-in-your-mouth" tender. However, it was very good! Will definitely eat here again, but will pass on the cole slaw. There were several sides to choose from so that won't be a problem. Overall, highly recommend Limp Lizard for yummy food.
P. S. Restaurant is a bit chilly so bring a sweater if you tend to get cold easily.
First time visiting my bonus daughter at work. The atmosphere was nice. Sports playing on all the t.v.'s people sitting around the bar enjoying drinks and some patrons eating outside at tables. The food was good. The Catfish strips and BBQ ribs was amazing🤌🏾. The veggies has a smoke taste to them, not preferred but was pretty good. Will visit this place again.
I have eaten at Limp Lizard twice; once about 7 years ago, and at this location for the first time...both times with my brother and sister in law (this is a place they frequent) while visiting from North Carolina. Both visits were excellent experiences for us; fast and friendly service, a fun atmosphere, and the food can't be beat!
We started with the "Sloppy" fries appetizer, and mango mojitos; I had the burnt ends with sweet potato fries and mashed with gravy, sis had the HUGE buffalo wings, and brother had the buffalo chicken wrap. The drinks were delicious, as were the generous food portions...love that barbecue!!
I highly recommend Limp Lizard, and they will be a definite "must go to" on my next trip to Syracuse!
Very nice and cozy place. It was over 90 degrees when we went there, but was nice and cool inside, although there were a bunch of sun-lovers on the ample outside area, listening to live music. The food is great, portions are large, service is great and the prices are good. Lots of beers on tap, so we had s great time.

I loved the food! The Nashville chicken was amazing. It had the right amount of kick to it. Service was awesome and so was the atmosphere:)
Overall my favorite summer time BBQ location good food great service and plenty of outside seating. Pricing is confusing for some items as ribs and wings are often listed as market price or an up charge on the platters.
Just went for the first time to Limp Lizard. I got the big blue brisket and it was delicious! I was a little disappointed with the Mac & cheese since it was pretty bland 😅... They are very quick and the service was pretty good ☺️
Got the BBQ pulled pork poutine, this was way bigger than expected 4 people could have shared this.
The pulled pork sandwich for my entree came with two sides. I got chili and rice & beans because they were out of corn.
It's a good quick BBQ place but nothing beats home bbq
We took the family for supper to the limp lizard near western lights..we had appetizers that were very good and more than enough for the seven of us..for dinner, we had a variety of choices..ribs, brisket, pulled pork..Mac and cheese was great, beans, corn bread( my favorite) and a couple of other sides.. everyone enjoyed their meals ...and the prices were reasonable...service was great..
Enjoyed by all!!
