Went here with my aunt and had a wonderful dinner. She got tenders and they were really good, hand breaded and tasty. I got the burger with 2 grilled cheese sandwiches as the bun and it was amazing. The burger itself was delicious as well as the grilled cheese. Friendly staff, got a table right away. Definitely worth visiting.
Came here on a Wed early afternoon. And I have come on the weekend as well 5ish... very clean. Good atmosphere. Staff is always pleasant and helping with suggestions. Meals come out fast. No matter if they are super busy or a laid back kind of day. Chicken tenders are amazing and the Ruben is great as well.
Although many people gather here to watch sporting events on TV, the main reason to come is that the restaurant serves excellent food. Try "the best chicken tenders you'll ever eat" (a direct quote from my daughter). They come with a honey/mustard dipping sauce, but you may also want to try them with Buffalo wing sauce. They can be ordered as a main dish, or as a 3-piece side with any meal. An additional option is to order the skirt steak and chicken tender dinner special with potato (mashed or fries) and coleslaw. It's a delicious meal for a very reasonable price. Other favorites include the Firehouse burger (a cheeseburger topped with chopped jalapenos) and the grilled cheese sandwich (the size of two sandwiches) Another great thing about eating here is that you get complementary popcorn while waiting for your order to be prepared. The servers are friendly and efficient, and the manager, Allen, does an excellent job maintaining quality control over all aspects of the restaurant.
Joined my friend for lunch today. She suggested the Crunchy Asian Chicken salad. So glad I took her suggestion. HUGE salad piled high with all the fresh ingredients to make an outstanding lunch. The chicken is done similarly to the chicken fingers with a large portion. The salad, itself, has everything you can think of; lettuce, tomatoes,onions,broccoli, carrots cucumber, red cabbage, with won ton crunchies on top. A very nice vinaigrette Asian dressing on the side and also asked for Ranch on the side. Also a half of a roll of toasted garlic bread. I especially liked that the salad was chopped extremely well. No big chunks of veggies that needed cutting. Large ice tea with lemon too. Left overs were a given for me. Our Server was quick, friendly, accurate, and accommodating despite the noon time crowd. I'm not unhappy with the atmosphere just not into so many TV's.
We had an outstanding experience at this location. My wife ordered the grilled Mahi Mahi and it arrived way overcooked and dry. We brought it to our server's attention (Alexis) and she apologized and stated that she would take care of it right away. As the minutes ticked by, I was getting more and more annoyed as the rest of the food on my wife's plate was getting cold. To our great surprise, Alexis arrived with the manager - and an entire plate with a whole new meal. Both waited for her to taste it - and it was terrific! We thanked the both of them for the way they handled it and he (I wish I could remember his name!) said their goal is happy customers - and he looked forward to us coming back. (For the record, since then, we have been back there - and to other locations - several times!) Great job and terrific customer service - especially when that concept seems to have disappeared in many places!

Love the staff at this location. They are great at accommodating any size party and really let you know they care about your experience. We went in with 9 people, 3 were toddlers and we were well taken care of.
The last two times I went, it was dodgey. Tenders tasted pared off and squishy, but we came back, and it was a genuine surprise because the food was above reproach appetizer to entree. Kudos to the KM and GM especially for running a tight ship.
On a busy time, the wait might be 15-20 minutes. We usually go early around 5:00. This is a kid friendly place. The popcorn help keep the kids preoccupied while waiting for the food to be served. Although I have enjoyed dinner there plenty of times without kids. The drink selection is quite adequate and variety of sizes for your beer. Prices are very fair considering the portion size. There are also special prices for happy hour during the week. The chicken tenders are incomparable to any other place. I usually get the baked ziti though. Some other items I like are the spicy Asian stir fry, fish tacos, and chicken broccoli Alfredo. The pics are the buffalo tenders, a kid tender dinner and the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. Our server, Riley was very attentive as to when we needed something.
Food and service were as good as normal. The restaurant was a bit busy and had a bunch of young, loud kids. Not that the restaurant can do too much about that, more as a heads up if you're looking for a quiet place.
Food is always amazing here. Chicken tenders are the number one reason to stop for lunch or dinner. The burgers are also fantastic. They have a great selection for their menu for both food and drinks. The wait staff is also very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
