We had our company holiday party here & the food was fantastic— plus the atmosphere accommodated all of our various styles- from the more casually dressed to elegantly festive. The room was large enough for everyone to be comfortably seated, yet intimate enough for conversations to occur organically; everyone seemed to truly enjoy themselves. There was a game on at the bar, but our partially private room shielded us from cheering patrons while still affording opportunity to mingle with non-coworkers. The only suggestion I’d make for the future would be to include additional lighting &/or signs for the dishes on food tables so people could be more confident with what they’re about to serve out… And also, some of the bartenders seemed to lack positive attitude & enthusiasm, but given the season, that could certainly have been an atypical experience. All in all, very well done. Thank you Press Room!
First time visitors to PressRoom and were not disappointed. The new owners have really created a welcoming environment. The beers were great, the food was fantastic, and the service (Kaylee) was exceptional. See pictures for everything we tried. We enjoy sampling local beers while trying menu items, but PressRoom does not offer flights. Other than that, our visit was stellar. Highly recommended.
Food and drink were great, bartenders and servers are very friendly and quick. Only complaint I have is the music was way too loud, you would have thought it was a live band playing. It drove most people out of the bar area because you couldn't hear the person next to you talking.
The only my reason I gave four and not five stars is because I have to have gluten free food & drink and there is very little selection for both. Atmosphere, employees, space- excellent for SU games. Chef was knowledgeable about gf and knew that the steak salad was the only option without certain items. But it’s a great place!
Get the wings! Great spot. Easy to park. Price point is good as well. Nice selection of beer and all the high noon flavors!
All the bartenders here are absolutely amazing!! We love Ellie, Sid and Heather! These ladies truly care about their guests and know how to make a lasting impression. The owner Brian is absolutely amazing and always so friendly!! Ps, their food rocks!
Did a great job hosting the Democratic Debate viewing party. Enjoyed and got a kick out of all the old newspaper decorations. The BLT I had with the jalapeno on the bacon was the best tasting BLT I ever had. Great place!
Stopped in for lunch. Great atmosphere and super clean and inviting. Austin, our waitress was outstanding doing the entire place by herself. Ruben and Philly cheesesteak was great too. We WILL be back!!!
Every time I go, the food is delicious. Their hamburgers are the best! The service is always great too. I highly recommend!
I like this place, the food is very good and definitely not healthy haha, they have good pub for football season, good location and theu have private parking for customers which it’s very important since it’s hard to park in downtown,,, service is good, they have lots of games and large bar
