Not bad. Foods good, drinks are strong. Everything we tried were good, they need to add more flavors to their broth... its boring and tasteless. No lies.... Come on guys, a little bit of spice, herbs, limon, salt.... anything. Wagyu burger was dried, over cooked. Dumplings where soggy. Chicken and buns are delicious.

So this was a truly amazing experience, and to be lucky enough to have it in Syracuse, NY. This place is a gem; I ordered the shoyu ramen lunch special with a pork bun, and batch 39 by middle ages. So first off this ramen and everything else is hand made. The ramen had amazing flavor, and the meat was literally able to split by touching it with your chop sticks. The veggies inside were so fresh, and they paired so well with everything my only regret is I didn't get the big bowl. I also had the pork steam bun; which even though they had ghost sauce on them they weren't so hot you couldn't enjoy it. In fact it was the opposite it was amazing. To have steam buns in Syracuse, NY is such an amazing privilege. Usually this type of menu item is reserved for big cities, but we got lucky. The batch 39 IPA was smooth and refreshing and made with the hand made noodles from the shop. So why not it's the perfect pairing for your noodles. Long and short we're very lucky to have this good of a ramen shop, so let's show em some love.

Super chic venue... cozy yet spacious enough to seat a party of 20. It was super clean from the entrance, dining areas to the restrooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our server was knowledgeable of the Japanese traditions and culture. The Ramen was second to none outside of Japan.... the broth alone was enough to please the taste buds. Please do yourself a huge favor and dine here at least once..its sooo worth it...you'll thank me later.

Delicious food, awesome atmosphere, fair prices, and a unique selection of drinks. We love Kasai! The owner is always switching up the specials and creating something new and fun to try. The new birria taco bowl and smokehouse bowl (pictured) are must-try’s! And we always get at least 2 bao buns. If you haven’t tried Kasai yet, it’s time!

A new ramen based restaurant in the heart of downtown Syracuse that sticks to tradition and authenticity! Some of the best ramen I've eaten hands down! I highly recommend this place to all ramen lovers and people who have not tried before. The staff are incredible and the chefs know what they are doing. The atmosphere inside is wonderful and cozzy. They also have live music on certain days. Give this place a try, it is well worth it!

I’d dare to say they make the best Japanese fusion! The Mushroom Buns were super 🔥. The vibes and the bartender Mary was phenomenal! Try her Smoked Maple Manhattan.

Great ramen even though the favors are rather different from traditional. Things were tending either very sweet or very spicy. I was surprised by the sugar instead of salt on the edamame but didn't want to ask. Certainly recommend the new experience.

Stopped in tonight after 11pm. The server the late night menu until 3am! The late night menu may be short on options, but not on flavor! The bar tender was awesome and friendly. She knows her stuff, it was great hearing about the different items and spirits. I'll make it down for lunch sometime, I promise!

This restaurant is fantastic. I first heard about it when the owner, Kyle, demonstrated how to make one of their dishes at the Fair. The atmosphere is great, staff friendly, and most importantly the food is incredible. Their imported from Japan noodle making machine sets them apart from other places trying to do similar things. I've never had a bad experience here and there's no place I look forward to having food from more so! You'd be doing yourself a disservice not to dine (or get takeout from) here.
