Amazing food! The flavor was so good, from poke bowls to their soups... I would recommend this place to anyone. Service was excellent!
We just had the ramen and poke bowl today, and both were fresh and packed full of flavor. Our five year old loved the steak and soft-boiled egg with the ramen. The employees were very nice about explaining the options and even helped my vegetarian wife put together a great poke bowl. We hope to come back soon!!
Decent experience. The first time we went, it was SO delicious (Poke bowl pictured), but when we went today, we ordered the same exact thing and it was not great whatsoever. There was barely any fried onions, meat was gamy, and they really cheaped out on the sauce and fillings. The only reason I gave a 4 star review as opposed to anything less is because the first bowl was the best thing I had in the mall. Disappointed
This is my favorite place to eat at the mall. I've also done take-out orders from them many times and have had good experiences.
It's a very simple atmosphere inside. It does have a similar feel to a fast food place.
I feel that the prices are a little high, but it's delicious and I go there whenever I'm at the mall.

I love their poke bowls!!! Their spicy mayo is the best! My husband loves their ramen/rice noodle bowls. They make the meat fresh and the soups fresh. I cannot find a better poke bowl around. Love this play! It is worth the travel. In response to another reviewer, they wait other people while the ingredients are being finished cooking in the back. It is an efficient way for them to get to everyone.
The ramen is yummy and the poke bowls are delicious, also very convenient being next to the sky walk entrance of the mall! Good place to grab a quick meal
The poke bowls are amazing and you can choose yourself what you'd like in them. The raw fish options they have are fresh and flavorful. The Ramen they serve is a good portion and the spiciness level is not too much.
Do not let the humble mall restaurant surroundings fool you. This is top notch ramen packed with flavor. I love the curried chicken, minus the corn - spicy and savory. The miso ramen has depth that makes you want to drink the bowl. A must try and well worth the walk away from all the fast food and noise of the food court.
Stop in you will be happy you did. My ramen was awesome. My wife got the poke bowl and you really customize it the way you want. Great food and friendly staff.
When I was in Japan, my favorite ramen was tonkotsu ramen. I ordered the shoyu ramen in Poke Time, it is delicious, very similar to tonkotsu ramen that I like. I felt that the broth is kind of salty but overall, my daughter and I had a great experience in this place. Especially the friendly customer service, and good food, especially ramen.
Me and my daughter our first time there food is good, but the poor young employe was alone and we have to wait like 25 minutes until another employe shows up. Table was nkt cleaned we cleaned it and food was ok.
