Always good! This location has the best crew! And the food is always good and hot! Today, I was trying to get $1 fries using my app which refused to work no matter what. This girl was do kind. Waited. Tried to use her own phone. Finally. Because the app didn't work. I got free fries. Now, that is good customer service. Seasoned with kindness. Her name is Jaleesa. Thank you Jaleesa!
The service was just a bit slow and dry, but the food was hot and good. And I went through the drive thru which is normally slow. I love BKs’ flame grilled taste. I recommend trying the iced mocha coffee. It’s really rich and sweet and so good!
The gentleman at the counter was wonderful. I was facing the counter from the dining area as I ate my meal and watched as he made a point to help ALL the customers. That included 2 people with special needs. At some points it was busy but that didn't stop him. And the other customers were a bit more patient knowing he wasn't slacking off but being of assistance. He was patient,helpful and personable. It made the atmosphere much more pleasant.
A great BK to go to. I went in drive-thru and the attendants at the window were all very kind. I noticed that the zesty sauce (my fav) was missing from my bag and the manager and another gentleman quickly made it right and offered more sauce than I asked for! All with smiles. I gave four stars because my husband told me his whopper didn’t have as much “flame grilled” flavor than he was used to in the past. But I will definitely go to this location again!
Food was delicious but please salt your fries! Fries without salt are tasteless
I know it's just a fast food burger place but I am really impressed and satisfied with the food and service at this location. My order was a little complicated and annoying but it was done 100 percent correct. My food was delicious, warm and fresh. My burger was stacked neatly and not messy at all. Whoever the manager is here needs to commend the employees and then transfer to the other locations and show them how to operate. A+
My mother, Daughter & myself went to Burger King 2 weeks ago, not 1 week ago as stated in my maps. Apparently, my stalker still emulates my moves! We dined inside & used a great in store offer that allowed us to get 2 full meals for $9.99.
Very nice employees who were very considerate & helpful. I forgot to ask for BBQ packets until after our food came so I was very appreciative that one of the crew members gave me a couple BBQ packets.
My order was done properly. Your store had the most amazing Sweet Tea I have ever had from any of your locations through out NY state. I felt like I was drinking Sweet Tea from Florida. Thank you again.
Bk has the best fast food breakfast hands down. I got the best service this morning at the Thompson rd location. Caniesha has an amazing morning personality, I wasn’t having a good morning at all and she def helped turn my day around. Keep up the great work.
