Went though drive through 5 mins before closing. Best frozen coffee ive ever had in my life. Jacob was nice and i believe was all by himself giving incredible service.
This Dunkin is my favorite one. The food is warm and fresh and the coffee is the best I've had. The staff are personable and always strike up a nice conversation! Will keep coming

Love to treat myself to DD when the opportunity arises. Ordering from the app makes it so much easier to get in and out. I usually deal with the staff on Taft Road, but recently have dealt with the staff on Rt. 11/Bear Rd., and on Rt. 298 and the staff at each one have all been very nice. I love DD!
Coffee is always great and made right. The morning crew and afternoon crew are always super friendly and do their jobs well. I'm here basically every morning and it has always been fast and friendly with great coffee. Only complaint I have is trying to turn left into route 11 from the street they are on. It can be tough to accomplish some mornings.
Bought two large ice coffees, a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee donut. Customer service was great during the time I visited. The bagel was properly toasted and had the perfect amount of cream cheese. The donut was yummy and the atmosphere was very friendly. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because there was too much ice in the ice coffees. However, the flavors picked were on point. I wish I knew the name of the female employee who took my order because she knows what is needed to be done when it comes to customer service. I'd go back there again. Just hope next time I see her, I will get her name.

Purchased 4 bags of the original blend coffee. Service was great and location was very clean.
Got a few donuts and drinks, it's not a bad place for donuts especially if you live by it
