We were here for lunch Wednesday 8/1/2018 at the same time as at least 4 buses arrived. It is very impressive to me how Ling Ling’s is able to handle such large influxes of people and still keep the buffet and dining room running smoothly. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the buffet and I had pork Mongolian barbecue which was excellent; the pork and vegetables were all fresh and of top quality and the cook prepared them perfectly. I highly recommend New Ling Ling’s.

I think they do a good job. Place is clean welcoming and is very busy. Why you ask? They do a great job. Mongolian grill is the highlight. The sushi selection is lacking they need to re-evaluated. All and all your average Chinese Buffet no surprises very very standard set up. Staff is great very fast and friendly. Don’t forget to tip!!! These people depend on tips don’t be stingy. If you won’t tip at a restaurant make your own food! Whenever I go there service is 5 stars.
Gotta love this place. I wish I didn’t post about it, because I don’t want people to know about this place (since it’s such a good deal)! For lunch (weekdays and weekend!), it’s $9.50 including drink! There is no where else that you can get such a good deal. They even have soft serve ice cream and a Mongolian grill! Can’t beat it! Highly recommend and I would definitely go back! The staff is friendly and hospitable.
I rarely dine with my father but when we do, this is the location I take him to. He is generally not a "buffet" person, but he just loves this restaurant. The food it always fresh and have lots of choices. He will be adventurous and try new things each time. We make nice memories and have a nice meal. Its something we share, just the two of us. We go early before the crowds or buses arrive.
I picked the best time to come, not too crowded, awesome food, very clean. Something for everyone!

My favorite Chinese buffet.
The place compared to the ones closer to me has by far the best selection of food. From your standard Chinese buffet fare to stuff like chicken on a stick, chicken and broccoli, lo main but also chicken nuggets, Mac and cheese, buttered roasted potatoes, smiley face fries and many others. The one thing it doesn't have though is walnut chicken, but that's a small price to pay for considering how good it already is. Very good food I feel:)
The service is also great. I never had a bad time here, the wait staff, the front desk people and the managers if I think I ran into them have always been chill and nice. No negative experiences not even once:)
Overall it's my favorite Chinese buffet, I live outside of Syracuse and whenever my family and I visit the city for shopping, we either go here or Golden Corral. And when we do go to Ling Ling we always have a great time as this place has my dad's favorite selection of food compared to the ones in our town which have less he can eat.

It's always been a decent buffet but I wish as I'm sure other people do as well is that the do some updating inside and outside. Looks rough on the exterior and needs a total makeover on the inside. Might draw more people in as well if it's not so rundown and dirty looking. I mean clean the windows at least!
We happened to stumble upon this place on our way back to Rochester, so we stopped for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was very clean, the food was excellent, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The buffet is a bit smaller, but there was still a nice selection and everything was very fresh. The dishes that we did try were excellent and our drinks were refilled before they were empty, without us having to ask. A very nice, casual dining experience. If we are out this way again, we will definitely return!
Not bad for a quick lunch. Food on buffet refilled constantly. Not overly spicy. Prices reasonable. Staff attentive, takes dirty plates away quickly and refills drinks without being asked. Cleans each table area quickly.
Great staff, super polite and food was amazing, usually I stay away from sushi but their sushi was amazing, honey chicken tasty and 10/10, planning on coming back!
Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Friendly service. Just wish they'd go back to real silverware. The plastic fork is not all that easy to use, but I'll still go back either way. Great value for quality large selection of Chinese food.
