Been going to HK over 20 years as a vegetarian. Never had a problem til the other day and it wasn’t a huge deal. When I brought it to their attention they made it right immediately. The best in syracuse. Maybe the best in the northeast. HK forever. Thank you!!!

Compared to other Chinese American "fast food", this place is better imo. The man taking orders was the nicest Chinese restaurant worker I ever interacted with, and the sauce has less oil compared to other places in my experience. The restaurant itself also has a cozy atmosphere.

Great customer service. When I come back home. I always have to stop here and get my favorite dish. I been going here for yearsssss. Believe it or not when I do the owner still remember me. He engages and always want to know how I'm I doing. I love broccoli, fried rice, and the crab ragoon..

Very good food. Friendly helpful staff. Drive up is great, you order you get your food, your food is great and you're good to go.The inside is closed and they don't open on Monday. The only issue is if you order through GrubHub, your portions are oddly smaller you get less of the menu to choose from and you naturally pay more.Overall the food is great and i would definitely recommend.

Won't go anywhere else if possible. Bean curd in garlic sauce has been the go-to for probably two decades and it never been cooked wrong. I picked it for my birthday dinner this year. Seems like a good tradition to start; seeing as I only order three-ish times a year so I know how to appreciate the meal. The white rice is delicious.
