walked in at 7:30 on a busy 11/16/2023 where the drive through line was to the main street and the line in the dining room was the same. anthony handled every customer with patience, hospitality & with a genuine smile. he maintained the same camaraderie and energy with his employees while still assuring the drive through is flowing.
brought me my food in the dining room while still maintaining the lobby clean, 10/10 energy and work ethic, given the fact they don’t pay enough to work here let alone deal with the type of situations mcdonald’s comes with.
I'm glad this Mickey D's updated. But I wish they would teach people how to communicate over an intercom; low, monotone voices don't cut it. Also they could do better at remembering straws, napkins, etc.
All I get from them is the caramel ice coffee and the hot delicious apple pies.
Sometimes the cookies
If they cannot handle two lanes they need to close one outside lane always says I’ll be with you in a minute. I’ll be with you in a minute. I’ll be with you in a minute while the inside lane is taken care after Car after car it’s every day the other day they told me to pull over they bring me my food 15 minutes later I found out they gave my food to somebody else. Come on $20 an hour. I can’t answer how much it cost as they tell me to pull up to the window without giving me a total.

Came here to do some meetings. I was super rushed and didn’t have time to buy anything before I started. All the employees were careful not to disturb me the whole time and cleaned the dining room better than I have seen at a McDonald’s location. When I finished I needed to use the bathroom and got a coffee. The staff was super friendly, which you almost never see in customer service anymore. Just a line to say I appreciated all the hard work and pleasant attitudes!
Ordered egg and sausage McMuffin and found that the ratio of croissant to egg and sausage was too much need to cut back a little on the thickness of the croissant. Hash brown was good and crispy
