Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, egg wrap, hot coffee and carmel ice coffee. Everything was made to order and good! No problems! Staff was friendly! We parked in handicap as my husband has the plates on our car!
What can I say except as real estate agents in Central New York we truly run off dunkn. Caffeine keeps us going so that we can put in those long hours for our buyers and sellers. Located near our office in Camillus this is our go to dunks. The drive through moved very quickly and the staff is always friendly. They have never messed our order up once which is the best. Highly reccomend this location.
I’ve gotten order ahead pick up from here many times before and have never had a problem. Yesterday I placed my order but got caught up and didn’t arrive to pick it up for about 30 minutes. But when I arrived my order wasn’t up there anymore. An employee, named Taylor saw that it had been sitting out there for so long and said she will remake my coffee and it was no problem! She absolutely did not need to do that as it was my fault the coffee had been sitting out for so long. She was very kind and said it happens and she did not mind remaking my order so I would have it iced and the cold foam fresh! I will definitely make it a point to order from here again in the future.
The new bagel bites hit the spot without being too heavy. Coffee was fresh.

The staff here was very accommodating once they realized our hot coffee orders were stone cold when they gave them to us. They made us fresh ones and offered free donuts, which was nice. There's no drive-thru at this location.
We went there on Easter and only one person was working but she was awesome. I felt bad that I didn't have any cash to tip her. Coffee was delicious. She deserves a raise.
Never have an issue with my order. I use the Dunkin app to order ahead and everything is always neatly packed and labeled right inside the door. The perks in the app are good too, earn points for free drinks.
I'm a morning customer and I have to say that some days it's busy and some days it's not. Regardless, the employees are always happy and inviting. There's one employee that stands out though, Louie, he's always polite and fast with orders. He's also managed to remember my drink pretty quick although it's not a super difficult drink to remember. As a barback at the busiest restaurant in Syracuse I understand how people can be and appreciate those who do a good job.
This Dunkin always has very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable people working there. I've never had a bad experience here, and that's coming from someone that used to work at a Dunkin. There really great at making your drinks and food fast and efficiently. The location and store itself are always in great condition as well.
