Lunch was nice and quiet. The option of the “lunch bowls” was great, and I like that you could still order from the full menu instead if you choose.
The green bean appetizer was a little over cooked, but the sauce made up for it. We had the Mongolian beef bowl and the sesame chicken bowl.
I went here with my husband on a Saturday afternoon. We waited in line a few minutes for a table but wasn't that bad. Ended up asking to sit in a booth which was much more comfortable.
The food was really good, the egg rolls were amazing. But everything took a long time to come out. Even my drink which was just a soda took way too long. They were not that busy and looked like they ample staff. The entrées took about 40 minutes to come out, we were there for over an hour for a meal which in my book is way too long. I wanted to order a dessert to go but decided not to because I knew I'd be waiting another 20 minutes for it.
Naturally, we love Chang’s…as many people know, it is HARD to find good service accompanied with good food and good conversation. Our server, Jamie was so superb we asked for a manager just to rave. She made all of our cocktails and was exceptionally kind.
Recommend that corporate hire her to travel and train servers at all their chains. This is the type of experience everyone deserves when they eat out anywhere!
I'm never disappointed by their food, they're large portions and delicious. My most recent visit the kitchen accommodated a puree consistency for my loved one (perfect for elderly and young) and we are so grateful because majority of restaurants don't do such a thing. Thank you PF Chang's.
Oh, Lauren is an incredible waitress! She's always so attentive, friendly, and has the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. Whenever I go to this restaurant, she makes me feel welcome and ensures that I have a fantastic dining experience. Her positive energy and genuine care for the customers really shine through. I highly recommend her as a waitress! I ONLY want LAUREN as my waitress! You go Lauren!!
Mike did a fabulous job attending to our visit. We don’t typically get dessert but the flow of our dining experience went so well we wanted to stay for dessert. We will definitely be back!
Such a great experience, always a good time when I come here. The smoked BBQ spare ribs were amazing as well as the orange chicken. The hostess seated us quickly and our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Can't wait to come back! :)

This was our second time to PF Chang’s and on both times we had the pleasure of having Christopher wait on us. The food was great and we enjoyed getting to know Christopher. He really took the time getting to know us in a very kind and respectful manner. We walked away with a good feeling knowing that we would return again. Christopher is a great representative for the restaurant!
We went to eat . Our server was Chris M. Outstanding service. Very polite and we never went without anything. Over all one of the best servers I've ever had. I will definitely be going back.
