Awesome experience since a child it's been my favorite chicken and 49 now still my favorite...
There has been a KFC here for as long as I can remember. It has evolve into mainly a drive-thru. But they do have seating inside and on this particular day I went inside with a couple of colleagues and treat it like it was a regular restaurant. There were actually families in there eating and a couple of individuals. The staff is friendly and they accommodated us as best they could with paper trays and other things to give us the "sit down meal" experience. The service was fast and the food is pretty much the same as it always is at a KFC. Erie Blvd is a divided road so if you exit out one of the driveways you can only turn right and would have to go to the next intersection to go back the other way. The other driveway is at a intersection with a traffic light and you can go left or right.
Service has gotten a little bit better at this location. Still a lot of work to be done.
They gave me free food once and the people taking your order is almost always nice.
I went inside to order, got the extra crispy 12 piece meal. The manager told me they just dropped the chicken to cook I was OK with the wait. Once the chicken was done the order was promptly completed and I left!
Mmmm good KFC, everything was delicious! We had a little wait because the cashier too a while to place the people who was in front of us, other than that we will be back. Our order was ready right away. Thumbs up KFC 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟
Everything was good, except the biscuit was still doughy in the middle
I am giving KFC 4-stars based on my past experiences at this location. I am surprised this is appearing as a place I visited 2 days ago (4/25/23) because I did not go there on that day. I was not even near this restaurant on Tuesday!
